Description of tubing Anchor:
The Tubing Anchor Catcher is a versatile tool that serves as both a tubing anchor to maintain tension in the tubing string and as a catcher to prevent fallen pipe from reaching the bottom of the well.
To install and set the Tubing Anchor Catcher, follow these steps:
1. Place the anchor within the tubing string, either above or below the pump. Rotate the tubing counterclockwise (to the left) to set the anchor catcher in place.
2. Apply slight compression to compress the tubing slightly, then rotate it clockwise (to
the right). This retracts the cones from their slips, allowing them to move back into
the housing.
